Introducing: Barbell Club

 

You asked, we heard you!

Let us introduce you to our newest offering beginning Tuesday, October 23rd, The X-Project Barbell Club.

While not the traditional class structure with a MetCon, each club session will offer an opportunity to work on barbell skills and strengths according to your goals.  You will work with our newest staff member, Raven Faudel, as well as Michael on any of the power or olympic lifts you choose.

The progressions you work on in Barbell Club can easily transfer into class during the strength portion or the WoD.

Currently, the schedule is:

  • Tuesdays, 5-6pm
  • Thursdays, 6-7pm

with the opportunity to add more as interest grows!
