This is not a termination request.
As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold.
1. Membership holds can only occur for medical reasons. Duration is based on doctor recommendation. No other holds offered.
2. Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
3. Standard cancellation policies apply if you decide you need to cancel while on hold.
