Our focus for this cycle is quality movements and high-rep stamina to prepare us for the tasks we will see in the 2018 CrossFit Open.

Don’t care about your Open scores? That’s okay, most people dont. These workouts will still help you accomplish all of your fitness and fat loss goals and be enjoyable at the same time.
