You earn points the exact same way every day — through the habits that make you better:
✔ 2 pts — Cardio activity completed
(Any intentional movement: walking, cycling, rowing, etc.)
✔ 5 pts — Workout completed
(Coach-led, at-home, or virtual.)
✔ 10 pts — Daily habit completed
(The simple habit chosen for your 90-day goal.)
✔ 20 pts — Personal best set
(Any PR — weight, reps, distance, pace, time, or skill.)
✔ 100 pts — Fitness goal hit
(This is your big one — your 90-day target.)
There’s a daily cap so the game is fair — because this challenge isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what matters consistently.
Small.
Repeatable.
